Relaxing!

It's the quintessential way to relax... Sharing a meal... Taking a walk on a lovely evening... Discussing beautiful plants... Coming home for a moonlight swim... Wonderful!!!

Fun evening...

It was a special date night and Steve and I attended the college's scholarship awards event. Over 300 students received scholarships tonight and it was great to see so many students having an opportunity to take a step toward their future. Also, this was our first work event to attend together. :)

Bachelor Pad... really?

Wow ... I watched the premiere of Bachelor Pad tonight and found it to be so stilted and awkward. Don't think this will be a "must watch" show. Goodness! What were they thinking??? If it gets better, I hope someone will let me know!!!

Oh, my goodness... I am dating such an incredibly thoughtful person. Here is a list of just a few things he has done for me in the last couple of weeks:

* Cleaned my gutters.
* Re-potted my outdoor plants
* Cooked me a delicious dinner
* Trimmed my outdoor rose bushes
* Adjusted all of my sprinkler heads
* Made homemade salsa and queso for our party
* Replaced an outdoor light fixture
* Hung a picture that was too tall for me to reach
* Replaced my a/c filters
* Repaired my kitchen faucet
* Replaced my outdoor stereo system by the pool

These are just a few of the things he has done for me. Isn't that just amazing??
